Terms of Service

By visiting hangwears.store or placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.

PRODUCTS
We do our best to display product colours and details accurately. Actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Product measurements listed in our size guide are approximate and may vary by up to one inch.

PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes. We may change prices at any time without notice. All items are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or cancel that item.

ORDERS
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud, where we cannot verify your details, or where a pricing error has occurred.

CASH ON DELIVERY
All orders are Cash on Delivery. You agree to pay the full order amount in cash to the delivery rider. Repeatedly refusing delivery of confirmed orders may result in us declining future orders from you.

CANCELLATION
You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched by messaging us on WhatsApp.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this store, including images, product photography, logos, and text, is the property of Hangwear and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
