Ordering & Payment

How do I pay?
All orders are Cash on Delivery. You pay the rider in cash when your parcel arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready, as riders may not carry change.

Do you take online payments?
Not yet. We're working on adding card, JazzCash and Easypaisa soon.

Will someone contact me after I order?
Yes. Our team confirms every order on WhatsApp or by phone within 24 hours before dispatch. Please keep your phone reachable, otherwise your order may be cancelled.

Can I order on WhatsApp instead?
Yes. Message us at +92 325 0514455 with the product and size you want.

Delivery

How much is delivery?
Rs. 200 flat on orders under Rs. 4,000. Free on orders of Rs. 4,000 and above.

How long does it take?
3 to 5 working days after your order is confirmed. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Where do you deliver?
Across Pakistan. We don't ship internationally yet.

Can I track my order?
Yes. We send your tracking number by WhatsApp or SMS once the parcel is handed to the courier.

Sizing

What size should I order?
Our fits are regular, so order your usual size. Every product page has a size guide with chest and length measurements. If you're between sizes or unsure, WhatsApp us your chest measurement and we'll tell you which size to take.

Do the shirts shrink?
Minimal shrinkage if you wash cold and skip the dryer. See care instructions below.

Exchanges

What if the size doesn't fit?
We exchange within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and have its original tags attached.

Do you give cash refunds?
Because all orders are Cash on Delivery, we offer exchanges or store credit rather than cash refunds. If your item is out of stock, we issue store credit valid for 6 months.

Who pays the return shipping?
We do, if we sent the wrong item, wrong size, or the piece was faulty. If you ordered the wrong size yourself, return shipping is at your cost.

Can I check the parcel before paying?
Yes, and we recommend it. Open and check it in front of the rider. It's the fastest way to sort out any problem.

Product Care

How should I wash these?
Cold machine wash, inside out, with similar colours. Don't bleach. Hang dry in shade rather than direct sun. Warm iron on the reverse side. This keeps the colour and the collar structure intact.
