Shipping Policy

DELIVERY AREA
We currently deliver across Pakistan only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

SHIPPING CHARGES
- PKR 200 flat on orders under PKR 4,000
- FREE delivery on orders of PKR 4,000 and above

ORDER CONFIRMATION
All orders are Cash on Delivery. Our team will contact you on WhatsApp or by phone within 24 hours to confirm your order and delivery address before dispatch. Orders we cannot confirm after three attempts may be cancelled.

DISPATCH TIME
Once confirmed, your order is dispatched within 1 working day.

DELIVERY TIME
Delivery takes 3 to 5 working days from dispatch. Remote areas may take slightly longer. Delays can occur during public holidays, sale periods, or due to courier or weather disruptions.

TRACKING
You will receive a tracking number by WhatsApp or SMS once your parcel is handed to the courier.

PAYMENT ON DELIVERY
Please keep the exact order amount ready in cash for the rider. Riders may not carry change.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please make sure your address and phone number are correct at checkout. Parcels returned to us due to a wrong address or an unreachable phone number may be subject to a re-delivery charge.
