- Order details: your name, phone number, WhatsApp number, email (if provided), delivery address and city.
- Order history: products ordered, sizes, amounts, exchange requests and delivery status.
- Messages: WhatsApp, phone or email conversations with our team.
- Browsing data: device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed and similar data collected through cookies.

PAYMENTS
All orders are Cash on Delivery. We do not collect or store any card or bank details.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
- To confirm your order and address by WhatsApp or phone before dispatch
- To deliver your parcel and send tracking updates
- To handle exchanges under our 7-day exchange policy
- To answer your questions and give customer support
- To prevent fake or fraudulent orders
- To improve our store and, if you agree, send offers and new arrivals. You can opt out at any time.

WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with those who help us run the store:
- Courier partners, who receive your name, phone number and address to deliver your order
- Shopify, which hosts our store and processes order data
- Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp), for customer messaging and advertising
- Authorities, when required by Pakistani law

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
We keep order records for as long as we need them for delivery, exchanges, accounting and legal purposes. After that we delete or anonymise them.
